- Dehydration (extracellular) can not pay extra heavy orally (comatose patients, access circuits, vomiting. Reduced circulation volume or to make fast (anaphylactic shock, hemorrhagic fever)
Dung dịch truyền tĩnh mạch.
Chỉ định:
- Mất nước (ngoại bào) nặng không thể bồi phụ bằng đường uống (người bệnh hôn mê, truy mạch, nôn mửa. Giảm thể tích tuần hoàn hoặc cần bù nhanh (sốc phản vệ, sốt xuất huyết)
